Has my order shipped?

How do I track my order?

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

My order never arrived.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer support by email at support@catoctinoffroad.com for assistance.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. How do I edit my account information?

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

What is your shipping policy?

  • Free Shipping on orders over $79 within the continental U.S., except orders weighing over 150 lbs. which must be shipped Truck Freight.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please make sure your email address is correct. Tracking information is also available on the order status page under My Account. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days, if we are not able to ship your order within 3 business days we will notify you by email.
  • We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Internationally. Shipping on International orders does NOT include import taxes, customs duties, or carrier brokerage fees. You will need to pay any taxes, duties and fees due when your order is delivered.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2-3 days. If an item you ordered is out-of-stock, on order, or a special order item we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm whether you would like to wait for the item to come in or possibly choose an alternative product.

What are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer support by email at support@catoctinoffroad.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?
  • Items will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us at support@catoctinoffroad.com to obtain an RMA # before returning any items. Items must be returned shipping pre-paid and insured for the full value of the items being returned. Items returned must be complete, undamaged, and unused including all packaging, mounting hardware, wires, cables, documentation, etc. Our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund including items sent with free standard ground shipping. 
  • If you have received an incorrect or defective item you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. The incorrect or defective item will be exchanged or refunded at your option upon receipt of the returned item. After 30 days any broken/defective item will be considered a warranty item and repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. This process usually takes 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your item back. Many manufacturers handle warranty items directly, you should contact the manufacturer of the item first before returning a warranty item to us.
  • Special order products are not returnable. Wheels and tires are not returnable once mounted. Body parts are not returnable once painted, you should test fit the product before painting.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to any country in the world that the U.S. Postal Service and/or UPS will deliver to. There are some restrictions on large / oversized / overweight items that do not allow them to be shipped internationally.

What are my payment choices?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as you confirm your order during checkout.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

I have a question on my charges.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer support by email at support@catoctinoffroad.com for assistance.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Maryland. The current rate for Maryland customers is 6%.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.

How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the My Cart link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
